Crystalline waterproofing works well for sumps because it reacts inside the concrete and resists water pressure from the outside. Combine it with proper joint treatment. The Chennai team can recommend a Fairmate Prashita system.
Use low-permeability concrete with the right admixture, adequate cover to steel, and an anti-carbonation or anti-corrosion coating on exposed concrete. Existing damage should be repaired with a corrosion-inhibiting repair system.
