Who can join the Skill Development Programme?

Students, applicators, contractors and skilled construction workers who want theory and hands-on training in construction chemicals and their application.

Is the training theory or practical?

Both. Each module combines classroom theory on materials and methods with hands-on practical sessions on surface preparation, application, testing and quality checks.

Can this training help me start my own business?

Yes. Trained applicators and contractors can start their own waterproofing, repair, flooring, tiling or application services business. The programme also covers basics of estimation, costing and handling customers.

Do I need prior experience or a degree?

No. Modules are available for beginners as well as experienced applicators and contractors. Students of partner universities can join through their institute.

Where is the training conducted?

At partner university campuses, at our facilities in Vadodara, Sonipat and Jalandhar, and at selected live project sites, depending on the module.
