FAIRSEAL BITUMEN is resistant to weather and hydraulic fluid spillage will not harden in cold weather nor become excessively soft or pick-up in hot condition. FAIRSEAL BITUMEN provides a high level of sealing efficiency over an extended period reducing maintenance cost. FAIRSEAL BITUMEN is formulated with the requisite proportion of special rubber and modified bitumen.
