FAIRCOAT E-GREEN is water based ready to use potassium silicate based coating containing natural fillers and natural colourants. Natural ingredients are at the heart of the unique qualities of FAIRCOAT E-GREEN. The binder is liquid potassium silicate whose structural form and hardness is perfectly compatible with its inorganic colorants and the inorganic concrete and masonry structures on which it is applies. When FAIRCOAT E-GREEN is applied to suitable substrates, it penetrates and reacts to form a hard, insoluble silicate. It can also increase substrate hardness, particularly in concrete and masonry surfaces.
